Homemade Pizza

Sunday is said to a “Family Day” and I just want to make their tummies happy. So I made some pizza for them. SIMPLY BUT HOT!

I started by making the pizza dough.

Ingridients (Pizza Dough)

  • 2 1/2 all purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons  yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar
  • Pinch ofsalt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Method

Get a bowl and sift the flour, make a hole in the middle of the flour. On the other side, make the yeast mixture. Mix the yeast, warm water and sugar. Then add the olive oil into the flour and now add the yeast mixture. Start mixing and kneading the dough for atleast 10 minutes. Flour the bowl and shape the dough into circle cover it with a towel and leave it for atleast 2 hours. This will allow the dough to rise. Slice the dough into four and start shaping the pizza dough. Place it in the fridge to chill.

Ingridients (Pizza Toppings)

  • 4 green chili
  • 2 red onion
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • chicken breast
  • 5 pcs hotdog
  • cheese
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of black pepper

Method

I started by slicing the chilis, onions and hotdogs, chicken breast. On the other side I mixed the hotdogs, soy sauce, ketchup, sugar, salt ,pepper to a bowl and pop it in the microwave for about 4 minutes until it is crispy. I also toast some chicken breasts and mix it with the tomato sauce.

Method (PIZZA)

Place the dough into the pan in a low heat. By the way I used an electric pan pizza. Started adding the tomato sauce, grated cheese, crispy hotdogs, chili, onion. Place the cover and set the temperature into a medium heat. It will automatically turns off if it is done. It is about 5-8 minutes.

And there you have it. A homemade pizza!
